Sign Language with Michell Williams
Thursdays from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Introduction to American Sign Language (ASL) is a beginner-friendly course designed to teach the fundamentals of ASL, including basic vocabulary, finger spelling, and everyday conversational skills. Students will also gain insight into Deaf culture and communication etiquette. No prior experience is required—just a willingness to learn and engage!

Yoga with certified instructor Svetlana Nudelman
Tuesdays from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m.
Yoga for beginner and intermediate levels. Svetlana says: When I teach, it is more about self esteem, confidence, emotional strength, balance, and flexibility than mastering different asanas. It is through physical practice that you discover your true self and liberate yourself from self doubts and wrong beliefs about your limitations. Please bring a yoga mat. Yoga blocks will be provided.
