There is no charge to attend.

Caitlin is a Therapeutic Arts Practitioner and Peer and Family Recovery Specialist, and the founder of CaitSpace Ltd. Her work is rooted in the belief that creativity is a powerful tool for healing and connection. Drawing from her own lived experience, she creates intentional, heart-centered spaces where individuals can explore self-expression, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with themselves through art. Her mission is to make creative healing accessible to all, offering welcoming environments where people feel seen, supported, and inspired.
